Shipping and Returns

ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED

Order Alterations: Once an order has been placed, you cannot remove any items from the cart, so be sure to check your cart thoroughly prior to placing the order.

Address Errors or Typos: Please check your address prior to placing the order to ensure there are no errors or typos that would result in the package not delivering. If your address was input incorrectly, we are not responsible for sending out a new package. 

Carrier Selection: If you know that your address only receives a specific carrier (I.e. USPS or UPS), please be sure to choose the appropriate carrier at checkout. If a package does not deliver because you chose the incorrect carrier for your area, we are not responsible for sending out a new package. 

SHIPPING

All packages are processed within 3-5 business days of your purchase, this is because in most cases, the printing process begins once your order is placed.  “Pre-orders” Please allow 10 Business Days for Processing.  Your order will be shipped once processing is completed and we ask approximately 5 business days for shipping after processing. 

The estimated delivery windows above should be used as a guide only. If your order is outside the window, please do not worry, your package is being processed and we are doing our best to get everything shipped out as quickly as possible. 

You may experience delays during special releases or major holidays. 

 We do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

POST-DELIVERY

Once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS or UPS) to ensure the package is delivered. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong location, But we will help find a solution for you.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase. Orders returned to the US from International Couriers will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise discussed.

 

 

Exchanges

Orders can be exchanged within 15 days of the order being placed. 
In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items may be exchanged for the proper item or size for free within 15 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order. You can contact heclothe.us@gmail.com to initiate your return.

Return Policy:
Clothe stands behind its products. If not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any item that is in brand new condition with original tags intact and received within 15 days of purchase. 

Orders can be returned for free within 15 days of the order being received. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 15 days of delivery. You can contact heclothe.us@gmail.com to initiate your return.

Due to limited inventory, sale items, however, are final sale (no refunds or exchanges). All returns must be accompanied by original packing slip and will be refunded in the same way that payment was made.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we did not ship your item based on the shipping method chosen, once it left our warehouse. If priority shipping was chosen and we shipped your item standard shipping, we will refund the difference.

**If we receive a return with either no name, packing slip, order number or instructions, we are unable to help you process your return. Please be aware that your return may take several days to reach us, by USPS, and then another 48-72 hrs to process your return. 

Once you mail your return, it is important that you keep your tracking number. This is your proof of return (and if anything is lost in the mail, you may contact the carrier to let them know). We are not responsible for items lost by the carrier. You will also be notified by email once your exchange is shipped out to you with updated tracking information.
